Powered by solar energy, Lumi Bus functions as a mobile library and digital classroom, equipped with books, laptops, tablets, stationery, internet access, and trained educators. It serves as an innovative solution to bridge the educational gap in remote and disadvantaged areas.
With backup battery storage for cloudy days and a multi-deck design to maximise resources, Lumi Bus ensures sustainability and efficient energy use. Volunteers, paid teachers, and subject matter experts contribute to delivering high-quality education.
Funding will be secured through a cooperative organizational structure, sponsorships from individuals and book publishers, and a unique investment model where investors receive annual commissions as the project continues to grow and operate in the future.
